La ampliación del centro comercial Vallsur de Valladolid por parte de Unibail-Rodamco España generará cerca de 300 puestos de trabajo. Se instalarán más de veinte tiendas, con una inversión de 25 millones de euros. Actualmente en Vallsur se alojan más de 90 tiendas de diferentes sectores. Las obras de ampliación del centro comercial comenzarán en breve.
La mercantil europea Unibail-Rodamco cuenta con una cartera de 16 grandes centros comerciales en España, entre los que se incluyen La Vaguada y Parquesur en Madrid, La Maquinista, Glories y Splau en Barcelona y Bonaire en Valencia, con presencia en 10 de las ciudades más grandes de España
